Effective. Professional. Experienced.

Becado Place is a small neighborhood adjacent to Sabercat Creek, in the City of Fremont.  Elm trees that were dead or dying due to Dutch elm disease were removed from the riparian zone by the City. Residents and the CDFW were displeased with the tree removal and the CDFW required that the City apply for a permit and revegetate with native trees and shrubs. We prepared a restoration plan that was accepted by all involved parties and assisted the homeowners in understanding the plan, the existing invasive vegetation, and the native vegetation that would be planted, allowing CDFW to approve the permit and resolve the conflict.
