Effective. Professional. Experienced.

The Contra Costa Water District, like many other local Districts, sought to include a solar power facility on unused portions of its lands in the County.  Though the site was small, there were a number of complex issues including the proximity of the project to adjacent residential housing, Lime Ridge open space and potential special status species. Zentner Planning and Ecology wrote the biological portions of a CEQA document, worked with local staff to address these issues, and wrote the responses to the CEQA comments. We then completed follow-up surveys to ensure that all local planning issues were resolved.
