Wetlands and Waters Delineations for the Regional Water Quality Control Board
We stay on top of the changes that the Water Board has made to their jurisdictional definitions in recent years. We work with the Water Board’s staff to ensure that the extent of their jurisdiction is clearly defined and accurately mapped on the project sites we work on.
California Coastal Commission (CCC) wetland delineations
Coastal Commission wetland delineations are often necessary for projects located outside of the San Francisco Bay and along the coast. Coastal Commission wetland delineations have different standards and definitions than Army Corps delineations. The Zentner staff have completed numerous Coastal Commission wetland delineations and we are experienced and knowledgeable about the process.
Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) delineations
BCDC wetland delineations are similar to Coastal Commission wetland delineations, though they are completed for projects along the San Francisco Bay. The Zentner staff is well versed and knowledgeable about how to complete BCDC wetland delineations accurately and get them approved by BCDC staff.
